Please be advised that the Fire System Impairment Notice form has been updated to an online form.
A Fire System Impairment Notice is requested by DFES for fire systems undergoing repair or maintenance work that will extend for a period greater than 24 hours before the system is returned to its required operational performance. You should also check with the applicable local government as to their requirement to be notified of fire system impairments
A new form must be submitted if the scheduled date of completion has expired and the fire safety system is still off-line.
